Carole has lectured in Republic of costa rica, Panama, Mexico and many cities beyond the U.S. on legislative affairs, and sanctuary standards in Universities, Police Colleges (including Stetson, Texas Lutheran University and Academy of Miami), and in numerous animal clan conferences.
